"Inviting you on a journey to know and follow Jesus Christ!"
Here's some more about us
Like most Christian churches, our mission flows out of Matthew 28:19-20, to go into the world and make disciples. We view Matthew 22:37-39 as the way we do it – to love God with all our heart, soul and mind and to love our neighbors as ourselves – demonstrating what the love of God looks like, but that’s not where it ends.
We also filter everything through the grid of effectiveness. Every event, every program is evaluated by asking: Is it effective? As our society continues to reinvent and redefine itself, this becomes especially critical. We must be willing to do whatever it takes, short of sin, to reach lost people and give them an opportunity to grow because they matter so much to God. More than anything, the effectiveness question drives why we do things the way we do at Grace Community.
That is both exciting and scary at the same time because Grace Community Church probably won’t look exactly as it does now in five years, except in one vital area, we will remain relentlessly committed to helping people connect with God.
